Starcraft RV’s 2007 Homestead LITE travel trailers offer eight floorplans in lengths from 26 to 32 feet, with sleeping capacities from six to ten people. New are a 26-foot rear kitchen model with a sofa/refrigerator/wardrobe slide, a side bath and front queen bed. A new 28-footer has a rear queen bed slide, center kitchen and a separate front room with a side ramp for loading ATV’s, motorcycles, etc. The popular 292RKS (pictured) has a spacious walk-through bath and a rear kitchen. Facing sofas – one of them part of superslide – make this model ideal for entertaining. All Homestead LITE products are towable by 1/2 ton pickups.

Fresh new interior fabrics in copper spice, golden leaf or vintage green blend beautifully with sierra maple cabinetry. Stain-resistant carpeting is standard in living and bedroom (except 282RSQB). Equipped for efficient comfort, full kitchens have a black designer range/oven, high output burner and range hood, a 2-way refrigerator, double stainless steel sink and generous storage. Baths have a tub/shower with surround, a mirrored medicine cabinet, brushed chrome accessories and a shower curtain. In the bedroom are an innerspring mattress that lifts on pistons to reveal underbed storage (except 282RSQB) and designer-coordinated window treatments with matching bedspreads. Most models also have a quilted headboard. Additional standard amenities on all models include mini blinds, valances with side draperies, a floor-ducted furnace with electronic ignition, an electronic control center and a telephone jack.

Dependable Starcraft construction includes welded, aluminum-framed laminated walls, all weather roofing, 2″ x 3″ floor joists and trussed roof rafters with 3/8″ decking. Also standard are an electric slideout system and a 45-AMP power center with a battery charger.


Starcraft RV, one of the nation’s oldest manufacturers of folding camping trailers, offers an outstanding lineup of 2007 models. Comprising the ’07 lineup are 11 models ranging from 17′ 1” to 23′ 6” (open length). Sleeping capacity ranges from six to eight people, depending on the model. Blue exterior graphics match blue tent edge trim for a bold, contemporary look.

The 2407 is a top-selling Starcraft floorplan. It includes a slideout dinette and a U-lounge seating area. A slideout ice chest/storage drawer under the U-lounge creates additional cold storage. Neutral decor fabrics in khaki are a nice complement to rich sierra maple cabinetry. All models feature a galley with stainless steel sink and dual handle water faucet, an ice box, cooktop and easy-care vinyl flooring.

Built to last, Starcraft folding camping trailers have laminated sidewalls with an aluminum exterior and a steel tube and channel frame with E-coat finish. A durable Aqualon®-7 tent assembly and Conestoga bunkends ensure proper water runoff. Also standard are generous storage, a screened entry door with door caddy, 25-amp power center, a 12-V demand water pump, 12-V ceiling light, a clothes bar and a roof vent. Also standard, depending on the model, are electric brakes, a lighted front trunk and stylized wheels. Available options depend on the model, and include a screen room with zippers, 3-burner carryout stove, RVQ gas grill, bunk fan light(s), an outside shower and an air conditioner.


Starcraft’s NXP travel trailers offer an exceptional value, with a combination of comfort-adding standard features and a price point similar to a high-end camping trailer. The 2007 lineup offers three floorplans: the popular 24RBH (rear bunkhouse); cozy 20DBB (double bed bunkover), and the all new 24FQB which has a front queen bed and rear bunks. All have comfortable sleeping arrangements for five or six people, and can be towed by most mini vans and smaller SUVs.

Choose decor fabrics in khaki or misty blue; both have fresh patterns that complement warm sierra maple raised panel wood cabinetry and trim. Easy-care mini blinds, draperies with tiebacks and valances, a fabric trimmed entry door and coordinating linoleum flooring add extra appeal. Storage is plentiful inside and out. Living accommodations include a full bath with mirror, brushed chrome fixtures, a shower curtain and a roof vent as well as a fully-equipped galley with a 3-burner built-in cooktop with splash guard, a black lighted power range hood, a single door, 2-way refrigerator and a stainless steel double sink. An optional front window increases light and ventilation. A TV shelf on top of the refrigerator offers a good view from every seat.

Outside, a smooth Filon® exterior features bold gray and blue graphics. Radius windows and doors are trimmed in white. Construction includes a tubular steel powder-coated frame with floorbrace, and welded aluminum-framed laminated walls, roof and floor. Standard features on all models include a 19M BTU furnace with electronic ignition, dual 20# LP tanks with auto regulator and cover, 10″ electric brakes, cable TV hookup, a monitor panel, 110-V outside weatherproof receptacle, wiring for optional microwave and air conditioner, white ventilated wheels, four stabilizing jacks with sand pads and all weather roofing.
